This book will focus on individual skill development. I have created this book specifically for the athlete that is in high school and considerably middle school if you believe that you have the mental toughness to go through the high amounts of reps.
Go through the workouts with high intensity, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. There may be days when you do not want to workout, find a way to dig deep within yourself and be disciplined enough to get up and do it.
