Dalston Spencer’s Bio:

 

  • Skills Development training program since 2016 worked with a handful of players that are in high school or currently attending post-secondary education
  • Assistant Coach for the Jr. Boys and Jr. Girls basketball programs at Heartlake Secondary School in Brampton 2005-2007
  • Education – Law Diploma 2008 – Humber College, Bachelor of Political Science in 2011 York University, Business Process Management – UofT, Current: Ryerson University – Privacy Management
  • Trained and mentored by Richard Stewart of Advanced basketball
  • Hosted multiple basketball camps since 2011
  • Assist high school students with basketball planning – marketing player profiles to Colleges and prep school
  • Taking players on exposure camps (university visits or major showcase)

Why train with us:

 

  • We offer a small inclusive training group environment with gym locations within Brampton, Mississauga and is expanding to the Halton region. On weekends we are available for early morning sessions in Mississauga from 6-8am
  • 1-1 training programs are available with unique player plans created which are detailed with measurable goals. Emphasis will be on continuous improvement of the players game (private group sessions are available as well)
  • Provide a detailed program for basketball players looking to attend high school within the United State – prep school assistance
  • All year round we offer strength and conditioning training
